Chatham is a walkable and community oriented Town that has 6 parks allowing for youth athletics, recreation, gatherings, studying of local history, and just relaxing and enjoying our beautiful town and citizens.

All parks are open for use at no charge for community, civic, and non-profit groups.  The ball fields are run by Chatham Youth League, but are available for community use when no league scheduled games or practice are happenings.  We do require reservations for group use of the pavilions or large gatherings in parks.

Pets are allowed in all parks except on the athletic fields.  Pets must be under positive control of their owners at all times and be properly tagged and vaccinated in accordance with Town and County ordinances.  Please clean up after your pets.

All reservations require a Special Use Permit.  Please return the completed permit to Town Hall 1 week prior to the event.
